TotalEnergies sells three Cray Valley product lines. The company has agreed to sell three product lines, including Wingtack®, PolyBD®, and Dymalink®, developed by its resin production and sales affiliate, Cray Valley, to Pacific Avenue Capital Partners.
The acquisition also includes four production sites in the United States, the Cray Valley Italy affiliate, and its portfolio of customers. The sale will allow Cray Valley to focus on its global specialty C4 and pure-monomer resin businesses, while production of Ricon®, Krasol®, and Cleartack® resins will continue in France, the US, and the Czech Republic.
Cray Valley is a global supplier of specialty chemical additives, hydrocarbon specialty chemicals, and tackifying resins used in various sectors, including energy, printing, packaging, construction, tires, and electronics.
