LANXESS appoints urethane head. LANXESS has announced that Dominik Risse will become the new head of the Urethane Systems Business Unit effective April 1, 2023.
He succeeds Markus Eckert, who will take over as head of global HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality).
Currently, Risse leads the Specialty Rubber Products Business Line in the Rhein Chemie Business Unit of LANXESS.
He has been with the company since 2004 and has held various management positions in Germany and abroad.
Risse holds a degree in business administration from the Hochschule für Oekonomie und Management in Essen and completed an MBA course at Bradford University in England.
In his new position, Risse will report to Board member Hubert Fink.
